Hoover House Café at Gwalia Historic Precinct—Patrons wishing to be seated at the café must show proof of being fully vaccinated or proof of exemption prior to ordering food or drinks at the café counter. Take-away purchases are permitted but must be consumed other than at the place from which they are purchased.

Gwalia Museum will be closed at 4pm on the 21st of December 2021 and reopen at 9am on the 5th of January 2022.

Conservation work in progress at Gwalia - Arts Place and the School teachers house is currently closed.

Hoover House, the old Mine Office and Assay building are open for visitors to view and wander though.
